“HRM function includes the employee life cycle at any organization. HRM cycle involves the various stages the employees experienced at any firm. The HRM cycle comprises of the following stages:
Staffing/ Recruitment: This is the first stage which ensures that we get the best suit for the role. This is one of the most important steps as it ensures that we are getting loyal and determined employees which is one of the success pillars for the organization’s success.
Induction: In this stage, both the employee and employer will share the expectations graph they both have for each other. Employees must feel welcome and valued in the organization.
Career growth planning: This stage includes the opportunities provided to the employees for their career growth in the organization. The main key of this stage includes the rewards and recognitions which must be given to an employee to appraise their performance.
Retention: We invest a lot of time and money in this cycle for each employee and losing any one of them means that we need to start from scratch again. So we need to ensure that we make all the necessary steps to retain our employees.”
